Expert Lanai Rescreening in Manatee County, FL

Lanai rescreening is one of the most common screen and mesh services Salty Screens handles across Manatee County. Florida's Gulf Coast climate is hard on screen enclosures. Heat, heavy summer rain, high humidity, and salt air break down mesh and spline over time. Tears spread, panels sag, and gaps let in insects and debris. When that happens, your lanai stops working the way it should. Our rescreening process covers every panel in the enclosure. We remove old mesh, replace worn spline, and install new screen tight across each frame section. We also check door hardware and frame condition before we start. Manatee County homes near the coast face faster screen wear from salt air exposure, so we pay close attention to frame condition and fastener integrity on those properties. Whether you have a small covered patio or a large pool-side enclosure, Salty Screens gives you a clean, tight result built to handle what Florida throws at it. Call us to schedule your rescreening visit.

FAQ

Lanai Rescreening FAQ

Common questions about lanai rescreening in Manatee County, FL.

How do I know if my Manatee County lanai needs a full rescreen or just a repair?

A full rescreen makes sense when multiple panels are torn, sagging, or pulling away from the frame. If damage is limited to one or two panels, a targeted repair may be all you need.

Does Salty Screens rescreen lanais throughout all of Manatee County?

Yes, we serve homeowners across Manatee County for lanai rescreening and screen enclosure work. Contact us to confirm service for your specific area.

What causes lanai screens to wear out faster in Manatee County?

Salt air, intense UV exposure, and frequent heavy rain break down mesh and spline faster along Florida's Gulf Coast. Homes closer to the water in Manatee County often see screen wear sooner than inland properties.

Can you rescreen just part of my lanai if only a few panels are damaged?

Yes, partial rescreening is an option when damage is limited to specific sections of the enclosure. We assess the full structure first so you get the right scope of work.

Will my lanai frame be inspected before the rescreening starts?

Yes, we check frame condition, spline channels, and door hardware before installing new mesh. Catching frame issues early helps the finished rescreen hold up longer in Manatee County's climate.

Is rescreening a lanai in Manatee County something I should do before hurricane season?

Rescreening before storm season gives your enclosure the best chance of staying intact when wind and debris pick up. Tight, fresh mesh holds better than worn or sagging panels under storm conditions.
